Tank Winding Machine is mainly used as buried drainage pipeline, which integrates the rigidity of steel strip and the corrosion resistance of polyethylene, low friction resistance and wear resistance. As the main product of our company, Tank Winding Machine has been sold well both at home and abroad, and has been widely used in municipal engineering, sewage treatment plant and other key projects.


Connection modes are divided into clamp type elastic connection and electrothermal melt belt connection. Different connection modes require different sizes of HDPE/PP Spiral Winding Tank Machine.


Clamp type elastic connection requires that there should be no less than two welded plastic sealing blocks in the inner sealing area of the spiral groove at the end of the pipe. The height of the sealing block is the same as that of the reinforcing rib. The connection structure consists of three layers, the inner layer is thin-walled rubber sleeve, and the tight sleeve acts as a seal at the end of the pipe; the middle layer is a foamed rubber plate with good elasticity of a certain thickness, which plays a filling role. 


Through its deformation, the tightening pressure of the outer stainless steel looper can be transferred evenly to the inner sealing rubber plate, thus eliminating the uneven surface of the pipe end, the uneven height of the ribs and ellipse. The outer layer is open stainless steel looper, and the tightening force of looper on inner rubber sleeve can be adjusted by fastening bolts on looper to ensure sealing.At the same time, the stainless steel looper can compensate the ring stiffness of the connecting part of the pipe. In order to ensure the same life of the stainless steel clamp and the pipe, the second anti-corrosion processing is carried out. The connection method is suitable for plastic-steel wound pipes whose diameter Dn is less than 1200mm.


Fused-zone connection is a method of fusing the ends of two plastic-steel winding pipes and the electric-hot-zone into a whole by using the high temperature generated by the electrified elements embedded on the surface of the electric-hot-zone.


Electrothermal melt strip connection is a method of joining the contact surface into a whole by using the high temperature generated by the electrification of the electrothermal elements embedded on the surface of the hot melt strip. Electrothermal melt strip is a plastic strip with a certain width and thickness greater than the wall thickness of the pipe and length greater than the circumference of the pipe. On one side of the plastic strip, an electric wire mesh forming a loop is embedded on the surface. The electrothermal melt strip is placed on the inner wall of the connected pipe end, and the electrothermal melt strip is pressed and bonded to the inner wall of the pipe by special tooling. A special power supply is used to electrify the electrothermal melt strip. Because of the thermal effect of current, the electrothermal wire melts the tube wall and the surface of the hot melt strip to form a whole, forming a reliable connection after cooling. The connection method is suitable for plastic-steel wound pipes with diameter Dn (> 1200mm).


Different connection modes must require different sizes of HDPE Spiral Tanks Machine, and its use must be different. The wrong size may lead to a series of problems, so it is wise to choose the right Tank Winding Machine connection mode according to the right method and the right size.
