Profiles pipe have been regarded as the preferred pipe material by the construction industry, and it is widely used in various fields and industries. The characteristics of profiles pipe themselves can be fully reflected in the water system. Next, let us understand the construction and burying requirements of profiles pipe. Here are some answers.

Here is the content list:

l Slotting, taking over, downpipe.

l Backfill and clean up.

l Matters needing attention.

Slotting, taking over, downpipe.

Before the sub-base layer is constructed by the roadbed unit, the horizontal and centrally divided drainage pipes shall be buried. Manual grooving is carried out according to the design of the drawings and the design stake position measured by the surveying personnel. The groove depth is 23 cm below the surface of the roadbed, and the groove length is required to be 10 cm from the inner side to the centerline. Pull the wire before slotting to make sure it is straight. The two ends of each profiles pipe must be tightened with rubber rings to avoid the risk of water leakage during use. Then clean the bottom of the groove, and after connecting the pipe according to the length of the groove, put the profiles pipe into the groove. The end on the side of the central partition belt should be tightly tied with a sackcloth to prevent debris from entering the downpipe profiles and causing a blockage.

Backfill and clean up.

After the pipe is down, the excavated fine-grained soil should be selected for backfilling, or the sand should be used for backfilling, and the big stones must be removed. After backfilling, it must be compacted manually. The top surface of the backfill shall not be higher than the roadbed and should be 1~2 cm lower than the roadbed surface. The remaining soil after backfilling should be immediately removed from the site, and the road surface should be cleaned up. The remaining soil of the profiles pipe should be unloaded in designated places such as borrow yards, and should not be unloaded on the road at will.

Matters needing attention.

Pay attention to ensure that there is a drainage pipe at the lowest point of the vertical curve of the route to ensure that there is no accumulation of water on the road. After the roadbed is handed over for inspection, the pipelines and wells are determined by timely measurement and lofting according to the positions designed on the drawings. Manually cooperate with small excavating machinery to make the groove, and the slope of the groove bottom meets the design requirements to ensure smooth drainage. The groove width is not less than the designed 47cm, and the excavated waste residue should be cleared and transported out of the site in time. In the filling section, to ensure the thickness of the top of the profile sewer pipe, to ensure that the profiles pipe are not crushed, the bottom of the groove is reduced by 20 cm. In the super-high roadbed of the stone excavation section, the reverse excavation construction will be carried out after the base layer is completed.
