PP-B HM Spiral Profile Wound Pipe Machine

     PP-B HM Spiral Wound structured wall pipe is of high ring stiffness and lower weight compared to HDPE.

     PP-B HM as this material offers double the elastic-modulus, So it can save up to 30 %- 40% material compared with the conventional PE.

     This machine is special design to produce PP-B HM spiral profile wound pipe.  It consists movable extrusion system and two or three sets of winding station.  It can produce each layer independently. During the previous layer cooling, it can move to next station and produce the next pipe. After previous layer cold down, the next layer can be produced. This can keep good shape of profile after winding to get better ring stiffness with same weight.
