HDPE/PP Spiral Tank Extrusion Machine

     We supply HDPE Spiral Tank Extrusion Machine to produce the HDPE spiral tank from DN600 to DN5000mm. This technology ensures the tank strength and reliable. It can produce the tank with variety of wall thickness according the height, so the HDPE spiral tank extrusion machine can save material and increase the efficiency. The bottom and top is welded by automatic welder to guarantee the reliable welding and without leakage. 

    With unique seamless winding technology, the wall thickness can be more than 120mm. The HDPE spiral tank extrusion machine technology guarantees that there is no tension in spiral tank wall, since the tension is eliminated during the production. 

    The HDPE spiral wound tank extrusion machine equipped with one or two sets of  high output extruders to produce the function inner layer chemical tank for special application such as semiconductor industry, steel industry,etc. With upgradation, the HDPE spiral wound tank machine can produce dual-wall spiral tank to make double safe guarantee.  

    With advanced automatic HDPE spiral tank welding machine, the bottom and cover can be welded automatically. The welding seam is uniform and strong. It avoids the disadvantage of manual welding.
