Eagle developed new technology for large diameter reinforced thermplastic pipe(RTP) or thermplastic composite pipe (TCP). This technology can produce the pipe from ID800 to ID4000mm. The pressure is upto 20bars. We developed reliable E-fusion connection to ensure the pipe connection what can work at high pressure and long service life.
The pressure testing is as follow. The sample ID is 900mm, Wall thickness is 26mm including, 12mm HDPE inner layer, 8mm fiber glass layer and 6mm, outer protection layer.
