Single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line
This high-speed single wall corrugated pipe production line adopts gears to run molds block to realize water cooling and air cooling of the products, which ensures high-speed forming, uniform corrugation, smooth inner, and outer pipe wall.
They are widely used in fields of auto wire harness, electric conducts, protective tube of lamps and lantern wires, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, medical ventilator, etc.
1. Suitable to produce PVC, PE, PP, HDPE, LDPE pipe extrusion.
2. Raw Material: PP, PE, Nylon, PVC granule.

4. Mainly includes: single screw extruder, die head, corrugator, winder
