UV-CIPP(Cured In Place Pipe Lining) liner

UV-CIPP liner production line includes dry liner machine and wet out conveyor machine:
Dry liner machine automatically lay and fold the material into round tube with several layer material, including the inner film, outer film, non-woven fabric, fiber glass fabric and Kevlar rope.
The liner wet out machine use the vacuum filling system of the resin injection unit to filling the resin to dryer liner what is vacuum before the unsaturated polyester resin is filled. The mixture of unsaturated polyester resin and thickener is poured through the glue injection gun in the resin mixing and injection system, and the unsaturated polyester resin is fully and evenly impregnated with glass fiber cloth by roller extrusion, and the sealing treatment is carried out immediately after the glue filling is completed。
The automatic rolling-pressing system to roll the liner with unsaturated polyester resin uniform with set thickness.
The finished product will be inspected and folded into wooden box.
