Largest Spiral Profile Pipe In Chinaplas 2018

      Eagle Machinery Co., shown the largest DN/ID3500 HDPE spiral profile pipe at Chinaplas 2018 in Shanghai. 

      Eagle Machinery Co. developed new generation HDPE/PP spiral profile wounded pipe machine. This machine can produce the HDPE  profile spiral corrugated pipe from DN200 to DN4000mm on one machine. The production is very flexibile. It just takes 5 to 15 minutes to change one size to another size, and it can produce the HDPE spiral profile pipe with different ring stiffness from SN2 to SN32.  The HDPE spiral profile pipe is with specail profile design. It is confirmed with international standard such as EN13476, DIN16961, ASTM F894,  it is very light, long service life of 100years.

      This machine is equipped high output extruder what can be customized. The output is from 600kg/h to 1500kg/h.
