PP-H Chemical Storage Tanks Machine
Eagle Co developed the special HDPE/PP-H chemical storage tank winding machine and associated equipment. The main thermoplastic spiral tank winding machine consists one or two extruders. It can produce a continuous molten band of polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP). The melt band is wound on a pre-heated steel mandrel to produce a seamless spiral tank shell. The shell diameter can be upto 5meters, length can be upto 8meters. This process can produce the spiral tank shell upto 110mm.
The automatic tank bottom welding machine can weld the bottom with HDPE/PP-H spiral tank shell with very strong welding seam.
The HDPE/PP-H spiral tank machine, automatic tank welding machine and other associated equipment can produce the tank with the capacity more than 100m3 designed and manufactured according to EN12573 and DVS 2205.
