Automatic Krah pipes production line

        Eagle lanunched automatic Krah pipes machine. This new Krah pipes machine is equipped robot arm to handling the mandrel, full automatic milling system and automatic dismantling system. 

       The robot arm will handle the mandrel between winding, cooling, milling and dismantling automatically. The milling system will start and stop milling automatically with online pipe temperature gauging function and spigot dimension gauging function. 

       To operate this machine, two labors are enough. It can save labor and reduce the labor intensity. Also the milling is automatic with online dimension gauging, so the dimension is controlled. 

      Travelling crane is not required during production. It avoild the travelling crane problem due to high frequency movment.
