HDPE Spiral Tank Machine
The HDPE spiral tank machine can produce the HDPE spiral tanks from DN600mm up to DN5000mm and length up to 9000mm. EAGLE seamless spiral winding technology is the most cost-efficient method for the manufacturing of large diameter tanks. The HDPE spiral tanks wall thickness can be more than 150mm. This machine is fully computer controlled and stepped wall thickness tank can be produced automatically.
The HDPE spiral tanks can be made from different grade of high-density polyethylene and polypropylene. The machine can be upgraded to produce special double wall structure tank with leakage control for chemical storage tank.
With advanced automatic welding machine, the bottom and cover can be welded automatically. The welding seam is uniform and strong to avoid any leakage.

· Tank diameters: DN/ID 600 mm up to DN/ID 5000 mm
· Tank length: 6-8 m
· Wall thickness: up to 150mm
· Material: HDPE, PP-HM, PP-B, PP-H, PVDF
· Output: 300-700kg/h
· Application: chemical storage tank, chemical process tank, scrubber, silo for food and grain storage tank, water storage tank, CO2 Stripper, storm retention tank, etc
