HDPE Spiral Wound Tank Production Machine
The HDPE spiral wound tank machine can produce the HDPE spiral wound tank with the diameter from DN600mm to DN5000mm and length up to 8000mm, with EAGLE seamless spiral winding technology what is most cost-efficient method for the manufacturing of large diameter spiral tanks. The HDPE spiral tank wall thickness can be more than 150mm. This machine is fully computer controlled and stepped wall thickness tank can be produced automatically.
The HDPE spiral tank can be made from different grade of high-density polyethylene and polypropylene. The machine can be upgraded to produce special double wall structure tank with leakage control for chemical storage tank.
With advanced automatic welding machine, the bottom and cover can be welded automatically. The welding seam is uniform and strong to avoid any leakage.

· Tank diameters: DN/ID 600 mm up to DN/ID 5000 mm
· Tank length: 6-8 m
· Wall thickness: up to 150mm
