PP-HM Spiral Profile Wound Pipe Machine
PP-HM Spiral Profile Wound Pipes is of high ring stiffness and lower weight compared to HDPE.
PP spiral profile pipe systems with various stiffness classes which are designed for utility and industrial applications. It is made from high modulus PP to manufacture these pipes. Diameter is from DN/ID300mm to DN/ID 4500mm. The ring stiffness is SN2, SN4, SN8, SN16 or according to customer requirements.
PP-B HM as this material offers double the e-modulus and allows to save up to 40 %- 50% material compared with the conventional PE.
This machine is special design to produce PP-B HM spiral profile wound pipe. It consists movable extrusion system and two or three sets of winding station. It can produce each layer independently. During the previous layer cooling, it can move to next station and produce the next pipe. After previous layer cold down, the next layer can be produced. This can keep good shape of profile after winding to get better ring stiffness with same weight.
